After running the successful Manhattan Deli franchise in Washington, DC for many years, Charlie, Wael and Neal founded IJ Canns. The three Zarou brothers are a key fixture in the IJ Canns restaurants — always making sure their guests are happy and satisfied.We offer unique decor and ambience with a European cafe charm.
