The Dinner Set Menu is for less than 30 guests.
The set menu samples are not set in stone. If you would like to change an item, this request can certainly be accommodated. The set menu does not have to be decided right away. Please provide the set menu items, for your function, at least fourteen days prior to the event date. See below for set menu samples.

- 2 Dessert Choices (no ice cream)

- Mixed Greens Salad
With tomato, sun dried cranberries, dates and slivered almonds in a champagne vinaigrette.
- Traditional Caesar
Hearts of romaine with Reggiano parmesan.
Entrées
- Roasted Prime Rib
Certified Angus beef slow roasted and served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables. - Herb Crusted Filet of Salmon
Fresh Salmon with a delicious lemon dill sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables.
- Hazelnut Chicken
Hazelnut crusted chicken breasts topped with prosciutto and mushrooms, in a spinach cream sauce served with mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables. - Pasta Primavera (Vegetarian)
Sautéed onions, broccoli florets, red bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and basil tossed over linguini. Your choice of marinara or lemon butter cream sauce.

Cancellation Policy:
If the event is cancelled within 14 days of the event date, the card on file will be charged 50% of the agreed food and beverage minimum. Please note that a final guest count is due by Noon, 1 week (7 business days) prior to the scheduled function. If a final guarantee is not received within the established time, IJ Canns American Grille will use the expected number of attendees as the guarantee and charges will be made accordingly.
For all groups of 20 or more, all items will be billed on a single check, and we will apply a 20% gratuity to all food and beverage items, and applicable sales tax. Please note that linen fees and room rental fees are additional to any food and beverage minimum purchase. A guaranteed number of guests are required at least 1 week (7 days) in advance of your function. Regardless of number of attendees, you will be billed for no less than 100% of your guaranteed number.

Room Fee/Minimum Spending Requirements
For all private functions IJ Canns American Grille requires a food and beverage minimum purchase. This minimum purchase is the dollar amount, not including tax and gratuity, we require you to meet your food and beverage minimum for your event. If your group does not reach the agreed food and beverage minimum then the difference will be charged to the final bill, plus tax, plus house gratuity, plus service charges, plus room charge (if applicable) will generate your final total.
